Where can I get my login information?
Please first contact your local administrator to obtain your login email and password. DocSpera has limited capacity to provide credentials without obtaining permission from the local administrator to release that information.
How do I change my password?
Click on your User Name in the top right corner of the screen and select Settings. The screen that appears will give you the option to reset you password. You can also check out How do I Change My Password? for more details.
How do I add a new employee to DocSpera?
If you want to add a new contact to your DocSpera work group, then check out How Do I Add a Contact to My Groups?
How do I invite someone outside of my practice/hospital/group to join DocSpera?
You can easily introduce a colleague or friend to join DocSpera by following this tutorial: How Do I Invite Someone Outside My Practice to Join DocSpera? Please note that external invites must be approved by DocSpera before being accessing their new accounts. While this process can take 1-2 working days, most invites are approved in a matter of hours.
How do I change my password through my phone?
Tap the DocSpera logo to open the menu. Tap on your User Icon then Settings. The screen that appears will allow you to change your password. You can also check out How Do I Change My Password on My Phone?
Why are there cases missing from my mobile device?
The operating system on your phone can sometimes clash with the app, thereby causing some data caching issues. Try logging out of the app and then logging back in again. Tap the DocSpera logo to open the menu. Then tap on your User Icon>Settings>Logout. You can also check out How Do I Log Out of DocSpera on My Phone?
Why is my phone slow?
You could be running an older version of DocSpera. Delete the app on your phone and then download the latest version for your phone. You can also check out How Do I Download DocSpera onto My Phone?
How do I ensure I’m using the latest version of the DocSpera app?
Set your phone to automatically update existing apps on your phone in the background. On your iPhone, navigate to Settings> iTunes & App Store>Updates and make sure it’s switched on (green).
Why isn’t the app updating or showing any new cases?
There are several potential reasons.
- Make sure your phone is setup to allow push notifications. From your iPhone home screen Settings>Notifications>DocSpera. Make sure Allow Notifications is turned on (green).
- You may need to update your app. Delete the app on your phone and then download the latest version for your phone. You can also check out How Do I Download DocSpera onto My Phone?
- Logout and then log back in again. Tap the DocSpera logo to open the menu. Then tap on your User Icon>Settings>Logout. You can also check out How Do I Log Out of DocSpera on My Phone?
What are normal support hours for DocSpera?
Monday through Friday, 6am-6pm excluding Federal Holidays.
