Add a Rep (with an existing DocSpera account) to your list of contacts so that the Rep can easily be added to future cases.
Examples: You want to add a new Rep to a case or perhaps replace an existing Rep with a new one.
To add an industry rep to your contacts:
- Log into your DocSpera account at https://docspera.com/login
- Click Contacts from the menu on the left.
- Click Access Industry.
- Type in the name of the Rep in the search bar and click Search.
- Search the result and click the green +Add button next to the Rep’s name.
Notes: You can check to see if the Rep has been added to your contacts in the following manner. Click Contacts>My Contacts and select the Industry tab. You should see the newly added Rep in this tab. If you wish to grant that Rep access to PHI related information on a case to which he/she has been invited, then simply check the empty box under the Rep's name to Enable PHI Access.
